Tough times make strong people, and strong people make good times. Despite the challenges that we are facing, there is good news to share. Though it may seem like there is uncertainty about the economy, jobs and personal finance, many people are doubling their efforts through quarantine and finding creative ways to turn this “economic crisis” into an opportunity to bless others and empower families financially. Now more than ever news outlets are sharing stories about people who are bracing themselves for the worst in this tumultuous period; many of which are worried about their savings, investments, loans, etc. Nevertheless, through all this, there is as much good that is happening as well. Cases are going down in many countries across the world. Some major cities have even re-opened their business operations and markets. And though the process is slow, the hope of having thriving businesses and community initiatives is very much alive. Within Greatway, there is also much to be celebrated. Despite the battles our offices, advisors, clients, and staff have faced, there are many achievements to be proud of.

Moreover, there have been promotions, which have led to much-needed inspiration and encouragement. We have May Ann Rodriguez-Deveza from Greatway Financial Calgary and Imelda Cuaycong from Greatway Financial Edmonton who have recently been promoted to Senior Vice President level (SVP). Furthermore, Alicia Cabagan has been promoted to Executive Vice President (EVP). This news coming out of Alberta is proof that we can, and do overcome the challenges that we face in our lives when we choose to be positive and stay the course. Let’s keep our optimism and remain committed to making a change in people’s lives. We are privileged to offer peace of mind and security through challenging times, let’s spread that goodness around.
